I am Inma — a chartered psychologist, scientist, artist and shamanic practitioner.
In academic and scientific circles I am known as Dr. Inma Adarves-Yorno, and in artistic and shamanic spaces I use my third surname Inma Luna.
I have loved psychology for as long as I can remember. I knew I wanted to become a psychologist when I was twelve, and I dedicated many years to studying the human mind and understanding how people grow, adapt and flourish.
Over time, however, I realised that while psychology and science offer powerful insights, they do not always reach the deepest layers of human transformation. Real change often happens not only through understanding, but through experience, connection and meaning.
This realisation shaped the path that eventually led to the creation of this studio.
My work now brings together three complementary dimensions of transformation.
The first is science and psychology, which offer evidence-based understanding of resilience, leadership and human development.
The second is ancient wisdom traditions, including contemplative and shamanic practices that have, for centuries, explored ways of accessing deeper levels of awareness, healing and inner guidance — areas that modern science is only beginning to rediscover.
The third is creative expression, which allows us to explore and express parts of ourselves that cannot always be reached through words or analysis.
At the heart of all of this lies togetherness — the recognition that transformation rarely happens in isolation. It unfolds within relationships, communities and shared spaces of reflection. This understanding has shaped much of my work, including my community initiatives and my small book Togetherness
